Good day everyone My Name is Mr. Lyle Ace P. Tampioc the OIC/Program Coordinator of Department of Education and Liberal Arts welcome all of you who are aspiring to be one of future educators and esteemed professionals in this beloved city of ours Zamboanga City. Together with the entire teaching and non-teaching staff of Southern City Colleges we invite you to join us in this everlasting pursuit of academic greatness as we engage ourselves in this new normal way of learning as we struggle to over-come the challenges of pandemic, we still stand strong, regardless of all these set-backs we still manage to carry the beacon of Quality Education.

We at the Department of Education and Liberal Arts offers the following courses, Bachelor of Secondary  Education Major in English (BSED ENGLIGH) Bachelor of Secondary Education Major on Filipino(BSED Filipino) Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED) and Bachelor of Arts in Communication (BACOM) and with the cooperation of all our academic personnel we are proud to announce that hopefully next school year the opening of our new courses the Bachelor of Arts Major in Filipino (BAFIL) and the Bachelor Arts in English Language Studies (BAELS).

Southern City Colleges was able to successfully managed the conduct of Online and Modular learning procedures for two (2) Pandemic years now by the use of different educational digital platform like “schoology, LMS and now the Genyo E-Learning platform” to achieve our educational endeavors and despite of all these hindrances we still thrive.
