To be identified criminology program in the city of Zamboanga by 2018 with an annual increase of 10%.


Offers professional criminology program – a four year course that provides quality education, actual hands-on laboratory trainings, OJT exposures, community outreach programs, and research-case study through qualified teachers and equipped laboratory facilities enabling the students to become trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, efficient, effective law enforcers, crime laboratory personnel, crime investigators and detectors, probation officers, fire officers, correctional and jail guard forces, security consultants, educators, mediators, and oriented research-case study analysts in the city, region and nation.


  • From 2014 to 2018, rehabilitation and utilization of the existing laboratory facilities and equipment.
  • From 2014 to 2018, acquire the necessary and latest laboratory facilities and equipment.
  • From 2014 to 2018, instructional syllabi shall be aligned with the new trends of the criminology program in the city, region and nation adopting OBE Concept.
  • From 2014 to 2018, an annual increase of enrolment by 10%.
  • By 2018, 70% of the faculty members shall have master’s degree related to criminology program teaching board and technical courses.
  • From 2014 to 2018, to come-up with a research through a case study methodology by qualified faculty or trainers.
  • From 2014 to 2018, acquisition of textbooks at least 20 titles every year.
  • From 2014 to 2018, 100% of the graduating students shall be exposed on the Five Pillars of Criminal Justice System in the Philippines.
  • From 2014 to 2018, to select among the TOP 20 students to attend for seminars, workshops and trainings in the city, region and national.
  • From 2014 to 2018, 50% of the board takers will pass the licensure examination for criminologists.
  • From 2014 to 2018, to conduct seminars-training for community outreach in the adopted and assisted barangays.
  • From 2014 to 2018, to acquire and implement TESDA criminology related programs shall offer.
