Admission and Policies and Requirements

An applicant, before being admitted in the school must satisfy the basic requirements of passing the battery of test (entrance examination, psychological test and medical/dental exam) that is given normally upon the applicant's confirmation of his/her intent in pursuing his/her education in the school.

A normal fee is collected from the applicant before the battery of test is given after which, the applicant is scheduled to take the examinations. When the applicant successfully passed the battery of tests he/she will be asked to submit the following requirements depending on the status of the applicant whether he/she is a fresh graduate from high school or a transferee.


New Students

  • 1.1 Certified true copy of Form 138 or 137 (High School Report Card)
  • 1.2 Certified true copy of Transcript of Records of at least 72 completed units of college education
  • 1.3 General Average of 80% (no grade below 80% in English, Mathematics, Science)
  • 1.4 A letter of recommendation or certificate of Good Moral Character from the High School Principal or Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor
  • 1.5 Completed application form
  • 1.6 Payment of application and entrance examination fees
  • 1.7 Four (4) latest ID pictures (size 1 x 1) with name written at the back, and a big brown envelope.
  • 1.8 Satisfactory result in the entrance examination and interview.


Foreign Students

  • 2.1 Birth Certificate/ Alien Certificate of Residence (ACR)
  • 2.2 Student Visa
  • 2.3 High School diploma or equivalent of form 138 (for new students), Official Transcript of Record (for transferees), description of subject taken
  • 2.4 Four (4) latest ID pictures (size 1 x 1) with name written at the back, and a big brown envelope.
  • 2.5 Payment of application and entrance examination fees
  • 2.6 Accomplished application form, SPCQ Form B, and confidential student recommendation form.
  • 2.7 Satisfactory result in the entrance examination and interviews.

Submission of requirements may either be through school-to-school correspondence and mailing. This is especially true in the case of transferees. When the student has to obtain the said documents from his old school, he/she needs to sign a formal request and the document must be properly sealed to avoid misrepresentation.

N.B. Entrance Examination materials to be used must be the ones mandated and provided by the First party. The Second Party shall undertake all necessary measures to protect and observe the proprietary marks and intellectual property rights attached to the said materials.
